Age 73, of Chéticamp passed away peacefully on October 7, 2023 at Sacred Heart Community Health Centre, Chéticamp. He was born on August 11th,1950 in Shippagan, New Brunswick. He was a son of the late Philippe and the late Délia (Mallet) Robichaud.
He is survived by his daughters, Mélanie Basque (Jean-François), Tracadie, NB and Jennifer Bourgeois (Marc), Chéticamp; grandchildren, Arianne Basque, Antôine Basque, and Abigail Bourgeois. He is also survived by a brother, Louis Robichaud (Murielle); sisters, Lorette Robichaud (Roger Bulger), Rolande Roussel (Vénance), Jeanne-Mance Theriault (late Jean-Guy), Maria Godin (Astiride), Cécile Mercier (Yvon); goddaughter, Linda Paulin; and godson, André Robichaud; and many nieces and nephews, who he loved dearly.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Gertrude Paulin; brothers, Jean-Pierre and Bruno Robichaud.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023 from 1-3 PM, at Cheticamp Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service at 3:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
