Age 101 of Ch\u00e9ticamp passed away on March 26, 2019 in Foyer P\u00e8re Fiset , Ch\u00e9ticamp.\u00a0 Born in Ch\u00e9ticamp she was the daughter of the late John and Suzanne (LeBlanc) Poirier. Tarzille married at 17 years of age to Henri Aucoin and they raised three children in Ch\u00e9ticamp. She worked many years at the Ch\u00e9ticamp Fish Co-op until retirement. She was widowed at the age of 47. She enjoyed playing cards, dancing and socializing. She was particularly fond of her family and had a special love for cats. Tarzille is survived by sons, Joseph Gilles (Marie Anne), Ch\u00e9ticamp, Jean Rh\u00e9al (John) (Sylvie), Dartmouth; daughter, Marie Laurette Bourgeois, Ch\u00e9ticamp; brother M\u00e9drick (Marie Antoinette) Poirier, Ch\u00e9ticamp; sisters, Rita Chiasson, Ch\u00e9ticamp, Sr. Virginie Poirier, Sr. Marie H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Poirier, both of Moncton, N.B.; grandchildren, Marcella, Lisette, Bernell, Paulette, Ginette, Joanne, Lynn, Michelle; 19 great-grand-children and 5 great-great-grand-children. She was predeceased her husband Henri Aucoin, brothers Henri Poirier and Hubert Poirier; sisters, Sr. Marguerite Ester Poirier, Henriette Anne Chiasson, Marie Jos\u00e9phine Chiasson; son-in-law Paul Albert Bourgeois and grandson Jean Elmer. \u00a0Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 from 9:30am to time of funeral mass at 10:30am at \u00c9glise Saint-Pierre, Ch\u00e9ticamp with Father Peter LeBlanc officiating. Burial in parish cemetery at a later date. Donations can be made to the Foyer P\u00e8re Fiset. \u00a0Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Cheticamp Funeral Services Ltd.
