The second oldest of eight children she truly was our matriarch, always calling for some news, never forgetting a birthday, anniversary, or Christmas card. Rose loved children and was a social butterfly! She had a gift for remembering dates and numbers; loved playing crazy eights, making puzzles, scrapbooking, and giving out her famous recipe books! Being a resident of the Ch\u00e9moi Group Home for over twenty years, she made many friends with staff and other residents there as well as at the Green Door.<\/p>\n<p>Rose is survived by her seven siblings Emile (special friend Anna), Richard (Linda), Leona, Jeanita (Alex), David (Eldora), Leon (Anne-Marie), Phillipe (Marcelle) and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents L\u00e9vi and Marie Henriette LeBlanc.<\/p>\n<p>Visitation will be held on Monday, August 22, 2022 at St. Michael\u2019s Church, Margaree from 10:00 am until time of funeral mass at 11:00 am with Father Silvichan Dominic officiating.
