{"id":3513,"date":"2022-12-20T14:28:43","date_gmt":"2022-12-20T18:28:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cheticampfuneralservices.ca\/?p=3513"},"modified":"2023-01-03T14:45:17","modified_gmt":"2023-01-03T18:45:17","slug":"simone-marie-lefort","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cheticampfuneralservices.ca\/en\/simone-marie-lefort\/","title":{"rendered":"Simone Marie Lefort"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Age 81 &#8211; Cheticamp.\u00a0 It is <\/strong><strong>with profound sadness we announce the sudden passing of Simone Marie Lefort, our loving, devoted mother and friend to all whose lives she touched.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Born April 16, 1941, she left us peacefully on December 20, 2022 at the age of 81.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Simone was predeceased by parents Tancrede Chiasson, and Marie Louise (LeBlanc) Chiasson, and her husband, Francis Lefort. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>She leaves behind her 4 children, Marc Lefort, Kevin Lefort, Donna Thompson and James Lefort; 6 grandchildren, Timothy Lefort, Michael Lefort, Aimee Stauffer, Jillian Lefort, Emiliano Lefort-Liceaga, and Marisol Lefort-Liceaga; 2 great grandchildren, Layla Lefort, and Nova Stoffer; her sister, Anna Gaudet; and brother, Roland Chiasson.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prior to settling back home in Cheticamp, NS in 1995, Mom &amp; Dad spent decades moving residences from NS, NWT, BC, PQ, NB &amp; AB.
