{"id":4087,"date":"2024-04-17T16:18:34","date_gmt":"2024-04-17T19:18:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cheticampfuneralservices.ca\/?p=4087"},"modified":"2024-04-19T16:22:51","modified_gmt":"2024-04-19T19:22:51","slug":"raymond-leonie-boudreau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cheticampfuneralservices.ca\/en\/raymond-leonie-boudreau\/","title":{"rendered":"Raymond Leonie Boudreau"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"s2\">Age 83, Cheticamp, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 17, 2024<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> at Sacred Heart Community Health Centre, Cheticamp.<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> He was a son of the late Charles Henry and the late Mary Rose (Roach) Boudreau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s2\">Raymond will be dearly missed by his best friend, Carolyn<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> and her family; sister-in-law, Hilda Boudreau; and many nieces and nephews.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s2\">Besides his parents, Raymond was predeceased by his brothers, Clary, Frank, and Andrew.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s2\">Raymond could be found playing guitar at the AMAC, having coffee with the coffee group, where he shared his jokes and swapped stories. Raymond was an avid fisherman, enjoying trips to Cheticamp Lake. He loved hunting, snowmobiling, and ATVing. He was always happiest with family and friends<\/span><span class=\"s2\">,<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s2\">The family would like to thank the Funeral Home, Drs. Amelie, Chiasson, and Sonier, and a<\/span><span class=\"s2\">ll the hospital staff who took such great care of him during his illness. A special thank you to Dr. Ritter, Moira, and Jean, from Palliative Care.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s2\">Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, April <\/span><span class=\"s2\">23, 2024 at 11:00 am in St. Peter\u2019s Church, Cheticamp with Father Silvichan Dominic officiating.
